We collect and process: your email address (for login), your profile settings (language, units), and your quilt designs and uploaded images. This data is necessary to provide the service.

Data is stored with InstantDB (database and file storage) and our hosting provider Vercel. Both may process data in the USA under appropriate safeguards.

We use this data only to operate PicToQuilt and to fulfil our contract with you. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the contact details in the Imprint.

During the beta we collect usage events (e.g. account created, design generated, PDF downloaded) to improve PicToQuilt. This data is stored in our database and linked to your account; only authorised admins can see aggregated analytics. We do not use cookies for this.

We use only technically necessary storage (e.g. for login session); we do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
